Step 1: Collaboration
Our journey starts with a one-on-one phone call to understand your travel goals and expectations. We take the time to learn about your past travel experiences and what inspires and excites you about future adventures. Even if you're uncertain about your destination, you can trust our team to guide you toward the perfect experience aligned with your timeframe and budget! After our call, we will present destination options for your sign-off. If you choose to book a complete itinerary with us we will send you a travel services agreement for your signature.
Step 2: Bespoke Planning & Research
Great news! You’ve chosen your destination and we’re so excited to help you execute the plan. We conduct thorough research and tap into our global network to create a journey tailored to your preferences. Your input is essential in helping us refine the plan - we’ll continue to adjust and fine-tune the itinerary until it’s exactly what you want. Lastly, you’ll sign off on the itinerary and we’ll do the rest!
Step 3: Book & Confirm
Our operations team handles all the bookings and logistics for your trip, ensuring that every detail is taken care. Once everything is finalized, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive digital itinerary complete with time stamps, links, and maps, so you can relax and look forward to your journey!
Step 4: Travel & Follow Up
Once your journey is underway, we check in routinely to make sure everything is going as planned. In the event air travel is disrupted, we have a 24/7 support line to help you make last-minute changes. Your comfort and enjoyment remain our highest priority.
When you return, we look forward to hearing about your experiences and the memories you’ve created. Your feedback is invaluable, helping us improve and refine our services to better suit your needs. This continued dialogue allows us to deliver even more exceptional and personalized experiences for your future adventures.
Pricing
Single Destination Hotel Booking (incl. Air): Free - this would be if you know your exact destination and only need one hotel.
Multi-Destination Hotel Booking (incl. Air): $250 consultancy fee - this option is for travelers who are booking multiple hotels in different destinations or if the traveler wants to explore multiple destination options.
Hotel Booking & Customized Itinerary (incl. Air): Design fees for a custom itinerary and hotel(s) start at $500. Incremental charges depend on the number of travelers, the duration of the trip, and the amount of time before your departure.
