We curate trips and hotel stays tailored to your needs, style, and desires—not to mention the added value we bring by booking your hotels through us, including amenities like daily breakfast, upgrades, hotel credits, flexible check-in/check-out, and more!
Does Room Service Ready book flights?
We have a full-service air team that can assist with any flight bookings that our clients may need. Our flight pricing will be the same or better as what is listed online, based on specific airline contracts. You will receive access to our 24/7 after-hours service that can assist with any flight changes or cancellations during your trip. This is a great alternative to getting in a long queue to speak to the airlines directly. All air bookings are subject to a $50 ticketing fee per ticket which will include 1 flight change.
Does Room Service Ready book rentals and homes?
Room Service Ready has access to a wide variety of luxury villas and homes for rent in many destinations across the globe. We have access to both villas on resort properties as well as stand-alone villas. Rental homes and villas range in terms of their amenity inclusions and staff members with options for these types of services to be added. Due to the fact that we cannot guarantee the quality of the product, we are not able to book VRBO or Airbnb on behalf of our clients.
Do you book tours & activities if I book my hotel on my own?
We pride ourselves in providing seamless travel experiences for clients and that requires our team to monitor all components of their trips - from hotel bookings to touring and concierge services. We only offer this service to clients who book hotels with Room Service Ready.
Am I able to use points?
We always encourage clients to use their points when booking expensive domestic or international flights as this is where you get the most value! For privacy reasons, our team does not log in to clients’ personal accounts, so booking your flights with points is something that is managed by you directly. We would love to still put together a bespoke itinerary if you’re using your points to book your flights. If you’d like to use points for hotels, unfortunately, our team cannot assist.
